Cecilia Kadar
ENTREPRENEUR / FOUNDER
Cecilia, trained in international marketing and economics, has worked as a marketing director at various international companies.
Her personal struggle to find suitable bras for augmented breasts planted the seed for Ipomia. She took the initiative to bring together the specialist team that founded Ipomia.
Melika Zavareh
DESIGNER / CO-FOUNDER
Melika is a fashion designer educated at the Nordic School of Design with specialized training in lingerie design from the London School of Fashion. She has worked with leading brands in the industry for many years.
At Ipomia, her role is to meet customers' needs for both design and functionality, ensuring our designs meet the medical standards of plastic surgeons.
Dr. Per Hedén
PLASTIC SURGEON / CO-FOUNDER
Dr. Per Heden is one of the world’s leading plastic surgeons, an internationally recognized Key Opinion Leader, and a renowned lecturer in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. Active in Sweden and internationally for over 40 years, he is also an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at the prestigious Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm.
He founded Akademikliniken in 1991, at the time one of the world’s largest plastic surgery hospitals, and in 2024 he launched The Faculty (www.thefaculty.com), a new state-of-the-art plastic surgery hospital.
Dr. Hedén has made significant contributions to innovation in his field. He is the inventor behind Resitu, a patented technology for minimally invasive surgery, and has been the driving force in developing the Ipomia support system. In 2024, another one of Ipomias patent based on Dr. Hedén research was also officially approved and will be integrated and part of the future platform of Ipomia.
Highly respected for his expertise in breast surgery, Dr. Heden has authored several textbook chapters and is frequently invited to perform live demonstration surgeries and lecture on his techniques worldwide.
Per is today one of the world's most respected surgeons in breast plastics.
Dr. Riikka Veltheim
PLASTIC SURGEON / CO-FOUNDER
Riikka has been a licensed physician since 1998 and earned her Ph.D. in 1999. She is a specialist in plastic surgery, trained at the Clinic for Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm, where she served between 2003 and 2007.
Parts of her specialist training in plastic surgery were conducted under the supervision of Professor Alfonso Barrera in Houston, Texas, USA, and Professor Marco Toscani in Rome, Italy.
